Are you a Minecraft builder? Do you hate it when your roads and pathways don't have transitions? Then fear not, this texture pack/addon is for you!
This uses Optifine's Connected Textures feature. For example, grass spreading out to other blocks.
Install this on TOP of the Faithful Texture Pack or this will not work!
