ore stones is a texture pack that change the ores to look like stone. not that they have the same texture as stone, but for example diamond stone or gold stone.
basically stone that look like ore, not just a little bit of ore in the stone.
if your confused its just to look at the images above.
this texture pack can be used to have the ores a little bit easier to spot!
maybe it can also be used as decoration

this texure pack was made to spot ores easier because most ores have their ores in the block surrounding it, but netherite do not, so it is not really any point in changing netherite.
but thanks for the request anyway.
the ancient debris have also a quite simular color to netherrack, so covering the netherrack with it's color, like the other ores, would make it even harder to find, which is the opposite of what the pack is for.
if you want I can make it, but then it would atleast be an alterative download for this pack.
but I understand your confusion, this is not an angry comment, it was just to explain.
