Have you ever been splashing exp bottles and realized how loud there are?
Well I made the glass sound a little quieter, which affects blocks and splash/exp bottles.
I did NOT remove the sound completely, or make it unrealistically quiet. Just slightly quieter to make it closer in volume to the other blocks.
