Get Mc-Patcher, put it in your desktop, click Patch and make sure the box 'Random Mobs' is clicked as well. just google it :)

I said in the description that i didn't put any pics in so it'll be a surprise. look just download it, all skins were made in adobe photoshop but i left them in their 16x16 size.
