The first one is chalcopyrite + azurite. The second is malachite + azurite, and the third is malachite + cuprite.

To be honest, the vanilla texture is already pretty accurate to malachite cuprite

No, cuprite is red and malachite is a more vibrant and less blue green, mojang copied metallic copper when making the ore.
