I made a resource pack like this on Bedrock Edition. Personally, it did not look very well. Especially because the textures were made of a smooth stone slab and stone. The actual texture is cobble and smooth stone.

So, I redid the resource pack in Java Edition, like I said I would a year ago; and I have to say it looks absolutely stellar, considering I made the assets in MS Paint and Notepad++.

The only assets I made that were NOT made in MS Paint was the piston textures. I used Pixlr, an online photoshop-like tool.

It isn't finished yet, so suggestions are welcome; I need suggestions PLEASE the pack is too small XD


INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE READ EVEN IF YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO)

  1. Open the zip folder with any tool
  2. Drag the folder into the resource packs folder.

If you just extract it, then the resource pack will be in a subfolder inside of the extracted folder. I do not think Minecraft will be able to read it that way
