Download the Texture Pack and i suggest you drag it onto your desktop for now
Open your Texturepacks Folder (using windows 7: Open Start menu - Type in search bar %appdata% Suggest making a shortcut - Open .minecraft - Open texturepacks)
Drag your Texture pack INTO the texturepacks folder
Open minecraft

Find your texturepack
