Yes, Mojang changed the texture size for the zombies and skeletons as far as I know, they're now 64x64 instead of 64x62 I think. Could be wrong, but I think that's what I heard.

Skeletons still work like they should. I think this stupid bug only applies for zombie piggies and normal zombies.
