How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

I made a resource pack that have items change, block, armor, mobs, among others, based on a package of features that I would use, I plan to add even more things change, like emeralds, residents, etc. .. (Now, you can use Paint.NET to edit my texture pack)

I changed the mobs,is more cool now,try ignore the pictures,i go change later...

(Eu mudei os mobs,é mais legal agora,tenta ignorar as fotos,vo muda depois...)
