This is a new resource pack I have been working on; it is well-suited for those wanting to build a modern-looking city. The best part about this pack is that you can use it in cities you have already built because it leaves most of the original minecraft textures there; it simply changes textures I personally never use into blocks that look good in nearly any modern architectural setting. It's not completely done but you can go ahead and use it because most of the textures you see now will remain the same.

Here's a full list of block changes. If it's not in this list, it remains the same as the vanilla minecraft texture:

*Granite (now a building material)
*Diorite (now a building material)
*Andesite (now a building material)
*Coarse Dirt (now pine straw)
*Bedrock (now a building material)
*Red Sand (now a building material)
*Magenta Wool (now bricks)
*Yellow Wool (now siding)
*Pink Wool (now siding)
*Purple Wool (now bricks)
*Green Wool (use the carpet as granite countertops)
*Nether Brick (now asphalt, so you can build roads in a material that has slabs for nicely rounded slopes)
*Moss Stone (now a building material)
*Glowstone (now has the Glowstone Lamp texture so no redstone junk is required)
*Lime Stained Glass (now a building material or curtains)
*Purple Stained Glass (going to make industrial-style windows, still working on it)
*Mossy Stone Bricks (now bricks)
*Cracked Stone Bricks (now bricks)
*Emerald Ore (now a building material)
*Magenta Stained Clay (now a building material)
*Pink Stained Clay (now a building material)
*Purple Stained Clay (now a building material)
*Prismarine (now a building material)
*Prismarine Bricks (grayed out so it matches more blocks, would work good as a sound barrier)
*Dark Prismarine (grayed out so it matches more blocks)
*Sea Lantern (grayed out so it matches more blocks)
*Red Sandstone and its' variants (now building materials)
*Iron Bars (slightly altered but still rail)
*Double Tallgrass (now a shrub)
