The Update!

I always like to leave my past comments up, it gives a sense of feel of how far this project's gone in the past year. Anyways, I'm taking more of a 'professional' direction with this texture pack. I've gone through and while some of the textures are cool and funny to have, they don't always make much sense; this update weeds out some of those boring pointless textures and gives the overworld a more fluid flowing look, more appealing to the eyes at any rate.

I've also just started to discover the grand expanse of everything you can do with resource packs as opposed to texture packs; inspiration from Mario and Luigi Superstar saga fuled this update, consequently you can expect some music from that game.

To all of you who continue to support and provide me modivation throughout this project, thank you so much. You guys are the reason I keep on necroing this project, and ultimately will push me to finish it.

So thanks to you, the people who help get it done, the ones who take the time to download or even look at the page, and even more to those of who you like my work enough to leave a diamond. It means a lot to me.

PURPOSE
Saw a texture pack of a guy doing something like this, thought he was too limited in his game decisions. So in this texture pack, I'm trying to include as many classics as I can, so far the list includes (but is not limited to)

-Mario Bros. Classic
-Super Mario world 2
-Super Mario Advance
-Mario Kart Super Circuit
-Super Smash Brothers Brawl

Just an Idea

In case anyone was wondering, so far, i have logged over 120 hours spread out on this project, which is now over the course of a year. Just for you, those who diamond, comment, download, and even just take a quick glance at my project. Please, feel free to show your appreciation with a diamond? The support helps me keep my motivation to keep on improving and updating this texture pack; still going strong after a year!

I hope you enjoy; most of this was done by hand, copying pictures and doing the dot by dot pixel art; currently the project i'm working on is converting the bow and arrows into fireflowers and fireballs (as requested on our forums). If anyone has any block suggestions or feedback to this texture pack, it would be greatly appreciated. I also work on this texture pack daily; so you can expect common updates, my goal is to allow minecraft/mario fans to build their own world to live out their dreams of the Mushroom Kingdom and build it in minecraft style.
