Another update comes along! This time i decided to start using the custom block model features in the 1.8 snapshots.
Something i was working on just for fun. more versions are on the way.
It makes the game look "superbrothers Sword and Sworcery EP"-ish.

USE MCPATCHER!!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! MOST OF THE FEATURES WONT WORK WITHOUT IT!
(ps: optifine doesn't have support for transparent ctm and a few other things. i recommend mcpatcher)
The pack also includes a pixelated shader, that can be toggled by clicking the"super secret settings" button.
ALSO!!!: warning: even though the style of this resourcepack is that most of the blocks are 16x16 and things look pixelated, many textures are ultra high hd much like in the actual game! i recommend having a fairly strong pc when using the pack. most of you should be fine, but you might cosider using an other resourcepack if you are on a really unstable computer. if your computer is powerful, but still keeps crashing, make sure you increase minecrafts ram and maybe it will work idk.
Now go play some m:m&c ep! (mojang: mine & craftery ep, with sound and music by daniel rosenfeld) lulz! (though actually it has sound and music from jim guthrie when yo uare using this pack so idk whtvr)

Here comes another one! This pack is shaping up! Been playing around with the new snapshot features! Check it out! !!!
BLOCKS:
*Changed glass textures. Tinted glass is less vividly colourful now.
*Remade the gold block,
*...the iron block,
*...the diamond block,
*...and the emerald block!
*Changes done to the redstone block.
+Added the three new stone types; andesite, granite and diorite! Both polished and unpolished versions.
*Water is less see-through now. (It looks better, trust me.)
+Red and brown mushrooms have their own custom model! nice!
+Torches also have some subtle changes to their model.
+Ferns a.k.a. gravestones have a custom model which makes them have only a twosided texture instead of a cross-plane texture (I dont know the technical terms, but this should be understandable)
+Beacons use the cube model instead of the beacon model. it works a bit better, but shouldn't make any visual +differance.
*Changed the colourmap for leaves.
*wip attempt on making trapdoor textures rotate properly. Not done yet.

i've had this problem before once and i couldnt resolve it but make a new download location.
