A texture pack is an altered version of most of the terrain, mobs, items, etc, fully edited, not adding 2x2 eyes for a few mobs.

Make the resolution higher and change the eyes.
Fun Fact: Even if the eye is only a dot if it is on an anime, It is an anime eye
