As you can see, it's heavily compressed, and when opened in another tab, it gives this compressed jpg image.
I've uploaded multiple sizes of png, and even tried converting it to jpg. No matter what I do, it still ends up as a crusty, compressed image.
The below image with the bees works fine, and is a webp instead.
Apparently, according to Paril, all images are supposed to be compressed down to webp, but there's a chance that mine is instead being compressed to a jpg due to the age of my project page. (2 years old)
I'd appreciate a fix to this, so people can actually look at some of my features without jpg crust. :)

Some large images for projects are improperly compressed in thumbnail form
- I'm attempting to set my thumbnail image to about a 1600x900 image. Currently, the link is this.
This looks fine when it's displayed in my project page, but it is heavily compressed when shown on the updated page.
