I originally planned on also adding helmet versions but currently it's not possible to change the armor models with Optifine.
Player head earrings are very time consuming to make and updates for them will be slow. If a certain player head is in high demand I'm ready to make an early update. Just request it in the comments.

1. Optifine installed and correctly loaded?
2. Item renamed correctly? (since the last update names are case sensitive and you'll have to take a look at the catalogue for proper renaming)
3. Texture pack in the right folder and properly activated?
4. custom items turned on in settings?
If it still doesn't work after trying these just send me a private message and we'll figure things out.
