👍 I was thinking the prototype had that [proportional] distance

because on the diecast trucks the fifth wheel is a bit back into the trailer connection because if the fifth wheel is up more then the trailer connection wouldn't work because of how the cab frame is built for the fifth wheel connection on the others its pretty much the same but different hope this helps.

Not necassarily relevant, bu would you happen to know why there is so much disyance between teh back of the cab and the fifth-wheel?
