• You MUST use the avatar for some reason, doesn't matter what.
  

• I need your Minecraft IGN. (In Game Name)
  

• Tell me what item you want your avatar to hold. (If not any, that's fine.)
  

• Tell me any text you want included in the avatar, and where.
