I think they are talking about it for Minecraft Beta 1.10 but they said it probably will not be in 1.9, it is not in the prerelease, and it is not on the minecraftwiki.net upcoming features page.

how do you make snowmen have pumpkins for heads?

And how do you craft them?

You do not actually craft them. Theya re the first mob to be crafted by physically arranging blocks.


on the ground, place 2 snow blocks stacked on the ground.
Then, place a pumpkin on top of that and it will come to life!

how about the regular head?Another snow block?

I'm waiting for official release though since the pre-release is really laggy

so laggy its annoying

I don't think you can make it with a regular head... I think the original picture posted was just a first texture and now it is like this. I think it is because some people make snow forts but snow with pumpkins on top is more uncommon.

And i haven't had any lag but i have noticed it in some spots. Especially with nether generation.

then weird cuz I have a lot of lag so I cant even report bugs.
