You awaken. Its morning and you decide to go directly to the mine.
While you get dressed, you equip your trusty Diamond Pickaxe and head out the door. After climbing down the stairs to your mine, you spot a small pool of lava. You decide that whatever your mining could wait and you stop to examine the smooth flowing magma. You get a little too close and a flying amber catches your leather cap. trying to put out your flaming hat, you dump a bucket of water on the piece of armor. As the cap sizzles from the water hitting the charred leather, you spot that the pool of lava has stopped moving, and a very dark purple has taken its shape. You decide to check out this material. Not only is it solid now, but it is no longer hot! You decide to mine this material up and take it back to your house.
When you arrive at your beautiful home, you look through your bookshelves until you find a book titled o Obsidiano s Only Useo . You brush the dust from the book and open it up. You dono t remember adding this book to your collection, but you vaguely remember finding a book with a similar title in a dungeon. It could have been the same book. You begin to read the section titled, o Portalso .
o Place your obsidian in the exact shape showno read the book. You look at the book and see the image of the obsidian shape. o Then, use your flint & Steel to light the doorway to another dimension.o You think about how ito s impossible to go to another dimension, but decide to give it a shot since he read about obsidian only having one use, and that being it.
Once you go outside, you put it in the position that it showed, then take a step back and light it. There is a crackling sound as a purple mist forms on the inside of the circular shape. Finally, the mist clears away and there is a purple swirling flat object. you decide to step in it and immediately get sucked into the purple.
There is a sharp sensation, like tiny shards of glass being thrown at you from all sides of your body. When you reach the end of your journey through spiraling purple mist and glass, you find a place like Hell itself. Maybe you are in Hell. The only light is coming from these rock-like things on the ceiling of the dimension. you decide to obtain some of the strange substance, so you build a ladder up to it. When you get it, it doesno t feel like stone, ito s cold. Like glass. You mine all of the surrounding patches of this glowing rock, and return to the portal. The Sharp sensation returns, and you are back in the over world. You want to see what this glowing stuff can do, so you decide to find a book on the stuff.
You Find a book titled o Glowstoneo . You open It and find something familiar. it also talks of another dimension called the o Aethero . You go through the same steps of making the portal o Only, with glowstone. Nothing happens when you light it. You check the book again and find that you have to use a bucket of water to light it. When the portal lights this time, it is Blue! In the book it said this dimension would be representing the opposite of the nether. It also said that no one ever came back after venturing out into the Aether. You decide to take your chances with returning since you believe that there will be no problem living in heaven! After you pack up to go, you think about how much your life will change, knowing there are different places other than just, the world. You enter the portal and hope you come out alive. A sweet smell fills your nose and you feel relaxed when traveling through the gateway. this is a completely opposite feeling than the other portalo s glass like feeling.
When you arrive in the Aether, There are a vast amount of creatures that have never been seen before. giant blue birds, flying pigs, and the amazing floating whales. Large Islands of land make up the actual dimension and the grass is tinted a bit greyer that regular. The sunlight is never ending.
