This is a tiny little tip when installing any mod:
If, when opening your minecraft folder, click start and type in %appdata% into the search bar and click 'go' every single time, YOU'RE WASTING ENERGY.
A far simpler way is to press The Windows button (with the windows logo on it) and 'R.' -> Win + R
This will bring up a little box in the corner, in the box type %appdata% (if it is not already there) and press enter. It will bring up the usual folders.
If you re-do Win+R it will save the '%appdata%' and all you have to do is press 'enter'.
Just a short little tip if you didn't want to type all the time to access your minecraft jar.
