Hello everyone! Today i am here with a tutorial blog on how to make your screenshots look like you used shaders without actually using them in game. Shaders Mods in game can be very laggy for people, especially like me because I don't have the greatest of computers. (It barely runs minecraft) So today I tried to replicate the shaders effect through photoshop. Now, it may not be perfect, but for going from  regular minecraft lighting to this, it's not bad. The images are seen below. Here are the steps:

For some reason, images did not show up, here are the links:

1. Take the screenshot during midday, when the sun is out of the way, and the sky is only blue. This will make it easier to select and delete in photoshop.

2. open the image in photoshop, select the blue sky, and delete it.

3. Find a picture of the sky from the internet. I like to use one with the sun in it. Put this picture into the background of the minecraft screenshot.

4. Select both layers using shift, and press CTRL + E, which will merge the layers.

5. Go to Filters and apply the film grain fliter.

6. For the film grain filter settings, I used these : Grain: 0, Highlight: 17, Intensity: 7. However, you guys can use whatever you like.

7. The "shaders" picture is complete!

Of course, this can be tedious if it is for a lot of images, and for those who have stronger computers, using real shaders is a lot easier. However, it is a neat effect that can make our regular screenshots look a lot better!
