Dear, planet minecraft

hello planet minecraft i need your help i have been trying to download some mods and when ever it goes to (Ad link removed) it says is plz wait but like projects and texture packs it works fine im wondering if this is happening to any body else but i would be very glad if someone could explain whats going on! D: )
