This tutorial shows how to build an Airstrike Machine (or, if you really want it to sound intimidating, a "Weaponized Drone") which hovers near the Maximum Build Height. To call in the Airstrike, you use a "Flare Gun," which I also show how to build in this video.

The video also shows proof that an Airstrike is more powerful than the same amount of TNT used in a ground-based bomb.
