I realized this a while ago and though I would post it.
Once, I was messing around in my redstone test world, and I gave myself super-speed. I ran so far that the sandstone ended and turned into a default superflat world! I explored a little farther and found a village that glitched out because of the random chunks of sandstone everywhere. I know it's a little random but I posted it anyway.

See if the normal world ends and it becomes desert, bottomless pit, or tunneler's dream.
Those have drastically different altitudes, terrain, or terrain features (trees, cactus, etc.)
