an easier way to open %appdata%

It is this simple ok...

1. Open windows explorer (such as " My Documents)

2. In the address bar type " %appdata% " and press enter.

DONE

for some reason, this isn't very well known, you don't have to open run

Have fun installing whatever you are installing

if your using an older version of windows like xp, than thats a way, but most people have win vista or 7 just open the start menu and type it in the search bar and that makes it just a tiny bit faster lol. also, it doesn't hurt to just have a shortcut to it on your desktop

i just hit the windows key and type %appdata% works on windows 7, does not work on mac.. and im not sure about others.. but it should work on vista too

a faster way is to open up minecraft and then click options click the words in blue now you have your .minecraft folder open

that is actually longer, all you actually need to do is open up explorer (like "my documents") and type it in the address bar
