I give BeastNode at 5/5 Star rating for being a minecraft hosting service, here's why...
Beastnode has more than just simply provided me a server of my own, It is also an experience. It is my social place to hang out with friends and enjoy my time off from work. They have made setting up a server and running it very smooth and efficient. When I first purchased my server (In may2011) it was up in running in 5 Minutes. I finally had my own server! After that, all you have to do is request a ticket to Beastnode if you run into problems. In which that is so simple to do, the website is set up nicely and easy to navigate. Getting help is not hard to find on this website. Beastnode always is answering my tickets very fast, less than 1 hour. Which is killer fast compared to other server hosts I have tried. I have tried:

None of which have done anywhere near what Beastnode has done for me. i have the Creeper Plan. 3072MB of RAM, $36.95 per month. Until 1.3 came, but they are fixing as I type. They give you Multicraft, included with your minecraft server. Which is so user friendly and easy to use. My server has 1,000 slots, plenty of room. only about 6 on at a time usually. The features of unlimited support has me the most with BeastNode. If they jacked the price up by $20 more a month, I would still pay. Because I count on their great service on helping me with the server. I submit multiple tickets at a time, and each gets handled in the same amount of time. The have a system of urgency between "medium-Critical" critical will be handled within the hour. But if you appreciated Beastnode and select medium, its still gets handled before a movie is finished. My server is always up, unless I myself turn it off. I usually reset once a day. Its just healthy. And when no one is on. I definitely support Beastnode in every aspect.
