The best skin editor/maker I've used in a long time is SkinEditor3d! I've been looking for a skin editing software for a long time..and this one by far is the best! This has all your basic needs and some advanced ones for experienced skinners..it has shading, Dodge, Burn, and all sorts of other stuff! I recommend this to be the best so far!
