Most people know by now that you can get custom player heads in 1.8. If you don't, here is the command:
/give <YourName> skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"InsertPersonYouWantTheHeadOf"}
The cool thing about these heads is that you can use them for decoration in Adventure maps, PvP maps, cool builds, etc. See examples above in the pictures. Marc_IRL from Mojang actually made many accounts that you can use for decor! This is a list of most of the decor heads you will ever need!
