When he heard that sound, he knew for sure what it was. A creeper, and that's never good. He had to find his mum and that explosive horrid creature quick. His mother was in real danger and it all lay on him to save her. He ventured into the forest more, he guessed that it would be in a hole of some sort that they were in. Then he heard a silent 'sssss' in the distance that sounded directly in front of him so he started running through the bushes, jumping over the fallen branches and getting closer to the sound, It was lucky that he had brought his pocket knife with him as he could stab the creeper in the back or anywhere he could. He would have to do it stealth, that would be difficult. He was still running through, he was breathing heavily and was tiring out. He was slowing and suddenly tripped down a ditch and fell, he landed face first. He looked to the side, what he saw shocked him, a lot. It looked like, could it be? It certainly looked like it. Jake's face lightened up and got his pocket knife out, this was it, to save his mother!
