Hello! This is the prologue of DarkBanana's story. It will be animated into a series that will be published on Youtube. Please leave feedback! I hope you enjoy!☺
"I know not how it began first. All I know was that the server was diseased. A sort of illness in the code. It began to notice missing bytes in the system. The server had to react: either it adapted or it died. Naturally adaptation came first. The system self-corrected itself , replacing the gaps with bytes that seemingly worked. And for a long time it did. But the bytes were not the same, making slight differences to the game. However it was first learned by the players when the WASD failed to move the camera about.
The problem was that not only did the server grow AI, but the players did too. Soon all the entities had an AI, and the original controllers thrown off their own server. The server hoster tried in an attempt to delete the server, but it was far too strong. It escaped into the internet and established itself on computers. The server kept running. The players began leading lives of their own, except all within the boundaries of the code.
That is when all 6 realms were created. The system kept mistyping the missing bytes to a point where all 6 realms were created. The End, Nether, Overworld, Static, JaggerLand, and the Void. The Static Realm was a brand-new inner dimension that long ago had carried players to and fro the first 3 realms. No players were allowed to see it, since it was a bunch of random energy the creators just put a cover-up of dirt texture and reassurances(Building Terrain etc.).
However, now it was extended to where it was accessible through portals. The Void ow created void people, such as I. These people hogged the only room in this realm with such lust, they consumed another for it. I took a 5x5 pixel area as my own. Jaggerlands was a giant circular realm, which I know little of. The server tried deleting the void realm, but failed, and instead stacked it a top of the overworld. The overworld was sandwiched between void, and void was sandwiched between overworlds.
But my story starts in the year 2, when the entire server began to corrupt. By then a war was prevailing in half the realms, grudges thrown, but it was little before I came."
