First Blog Ever! Yay!

So my first ever blog is about dealing with your emotions and learning how to control them if that is a problem. And of course, there are many different emotions and different ways of dealing with them.

Anger:

Music
Listen to your favorite music if you start to feel stressed or mad towards someone/something. It doesn't really matter what genre, but I'd reccomend soft or slow music, not rap music that'll just get you all hyped again.
People
Try to just talk to someone like a normal human being and not the Hulk. Tell them how you feel and they could try and chill you out as well.
Release It
Just punch a pillow or something soft. Pent up energy is bad and could resort in harsher actions later on.

Sadness:

Music
Listen to happy or dancy music. Like always, music will make you happy!
Read
Books. Yes. If you have no books, ask your parents to get you some.
Cry
Sometimes you just need to cry, and let it all out. Almost always will you feel better afterwards.
People
Talk to someone. Tell them you're sad. Sometimes you're sad and you don't know why. People can help you figure out why it is you're sad and help you through it.

Fear:

Calming Music

Like always, music helps. Make sure it's calming.
Breathe
Just breathe! Sometimes a deep breath is all you need.
