Quick update on everything else. I'm in the sudden mood for writing, so expect a chapter or two on my story. Still unsure about skins. I have a few ideas through, which I'm confident about and really want to try. So I'm happy to say you can probably expect more skins.
Warning: There are a few spoilers. Look at the very last paragraph to see the overall review if you don't want spoilers.
Okay, so I thought at first it wouldn't be very good or as good as the original, but I still wanted to see it. I actually ended up loving it more than the original, and if not just as much. It's absolutely hilarious, with cameos from all of the original ghostbusters. Bill Murray (Peter Venkman) showed up as a professor trying to debunk the new Ghostbusters as fake and unreal. When trying to do so, he gets killed by a ghost. So, yeah. Annie Potts (Janine Melnitz) shows up as, guess what, a secretary for the hotel Neil Casey (Rowan North) works at. She yells at the Ghostbusters, "Waddya want?" Dan Aykroyd (Ray Stantz) is extremely hard to recognize. He shows up as a taxi driver during the apocalypse, refusing to drive Kristen Wiig (Erin Gilbert) home. He drives off, completely calm while everyone else is panicking, with the comment, "I ain't afraid of no ghosts." Ernie Hudson (Winston Zeddemore) shows up towards the end as Leslie Jones's (Patty Tolan's) uncle, the one who loaned her the car. He starts arguing with her about where it went. (It fell in the portal.) Sigourney Weaver (Dana Barrett) shows up AFTER the credits (WHICH YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO STAY FOR) as Kate McKinnon's (Jillian Holtzmann's) mentor. The cameos were adorable, and tributes are payed towards Harold Ramis (Egon Spengler) at the end. My heart was warmed. Also, Ozzy Osborne showed up too, after the Ghostbusters caught the ghost during the concert.
What I don't get is why everyone hates this movie so much. It's actually pretty amazing, from the cameos and all the references to the graphics. It was beautiful in every way. I was a little unsure about Chris Hemsworth (Kevin) as a comedy actor, but he turned out to be really good! The ghosts were amazing, and I loved the villain, Rowan North. The thing I loved the most was Rowan's form. He asked the Ghostbusters what form he should take. (Don't quote me on all of this, I'm not going to be exact.) Patty said, "Something small and cute, like a bunny." Rowan turned into the ghost from their logo, the cross turning into a little bowtie. Five seconds later, he's ginormous and demonic, with glowing lizard eyes and sharp teeth. A demonic Ghostbusters logo. I don't know why I found it so amazing, but I did and fangirled over it the whole time.
There were a ton of references to the original Ghostbusters, so keep an eye out. See if you can spot them all! There were many spots I fangirled over, such as the logo. If you go see it, tell me what you fangirled over, :)
In the credits, they hint at a sequel. They show the Ghostbusters and Sigourney Weaver. Patty is listening to a device, and seems confused. She asks the others about a "Zuul." I also fangirled here, but I was a little unsure about a sequel. It would either turn out better or worse, and knowing sequels, it'd be worse. I really don't want them to ruin it all with a poor sequel.
Overall, I strongly suggest you go see the movie. It was really good and the graphics were pretty. A few things to recap, if you skipped through it all. You must stay through the credits to the end, where there's a scene you have to see. There's also a few funny things throughout the credits, so it makes the wait worth it. I loved everything about the ghosts, and hopefully you'll love the villain and all the references just as much as I did. Enjoy the movie.

I dunno about you, but when a company insults me for not liking a movie, I won't start liking it anytime soon.
Also, the cameos were forced to appear in the movie, or they would have been sued. Just saying
