A big part of the folowing lines were originally in a review blog I made, as a special message for my fews readers.
I am reposting here, with some changes, obviously , because I wanted to share my thought to everyone, or, at least to those who would find this article. I am aware this is some kind of repost and I apologize, I should not have posted this in my review before and just make a special post. Also, I'm learning english language, so, if grammar nazis read that, don't be rude please !

Life is unfair, it's a fact, but even if it's in the virtual world of internen, pmc can also be far more unfair than you can guess...
Just an example: Could you imagine a talented builders, who uses all his skills and freetime in epic builds, aiming to see others peoples have fun with it ? it's easy ! Now imagine the same builder level 4 after 3 month, and having less than 100 views in all his submissions. Impossibru ? It's exactly the kind of poor guys I saw by wandering in the project section .
I know, Good-thinkers idiots will say "If they wanted views, they just had to make nice pictures and good descriptions ! If they have no views it's only their bad !". Well, it's a point of view. But can we really judge a project only by the picture ? what if the user don't own a computer able to stand good texture packs and shaders ? How many times have I seen awesome cities hidden behind crappy screenshot ? How many times have I seen photoshoped sh/t getting more diamoned than Paris Hilton ? and for the description, what if the user is not english ?
I often see people who say "pmc is going downhill ! I think I'll quit !" But try to use your brain and think about WHY pmc is not the same as before ! Maybe because nobody gives a wet slap anymore about the beginers ! Now that pmc is dominated by extremely good builders, such as Lynichyinc or Antiqua (I love their work, I am just using them as examples), newcomers are stuck in their shadows ! "Before", their were a very few monsters of fame on pmc, and everybody had a chance. I really don't blame the good builders of pmc, they are examples and inspiration for us, I blame the guys who'd rather sit there and wait for an awesome build to pop up in their subscriptions section than taking a look at the project section. New submissions are the fresh blood in pmc's veins. If there is not enough fresh oxygened blood in the site, it will die..
The future of the comunity is in your hands ! And it's certainlt not by leaving the site you will find again the old Pmc, without this levelling system and stuff . If you love this site, the show it by using your brain and your critical sense, and support good builders, diamond them and be curious enough to look at what could be hidden behind a bad screenshot ! Take a look on the project section ! Try everday to find the pearl in the submissions ! Don't let awesome builders give up because no on is giving a f*ck about their work ! Don't let this closed-minded society do to minecraft what she have alreday done with every arts and customs on earth ! The future of every free sharing of creations platforms, such as pmc is belonging to you ! Now stop complaining and act !

Now let's talking about haters, as I often see people complaining about them. Haters, they are so many. You can find the basic hater, who eat kittens at breakfast while reading mein kampf, and who live just to hurt others peoples. Yeah, I know, it hurt to be aimed by hateful comments ! Welcome to the internet ! anonymity is a good thing, but it has some bad sides. Haters (I speak about true haters, if you post really bad things, don't expect compliments) are just bored idiots who feel stronger if they hurt peoples. They don't even thing about what they post. They just want to hurt. Ignore them, it will hurt them more than you.
Also, you can find the"smart" one, who thing he can do better and considers your work as crap. When these people are talented, it can be rude, because it's hard to find what to answer to them. When they are obviously at least as bad as you are, you can laugh at them and they'll disappears ( Riddikulus !! ).
I know talented peoples, in a lot of domains. Vanity is the talented peoples first defect. Just get over it, and work hard to become better than them.
And the last of these main categories, the troll. The troll isn't necessarilly bad, sometime it's just someone who want to have fun. When you notice a troll, don't fall in his game, and ignore him. You have to train yourself to recognize them, because trolls are sometimes very smart, but it's a good training for real life :)
That's all for the haters, I didn't spoke about those who attack submissions to get down peoples 's reputation, beause I think a blog has just been made about it. You see, get over the haters is not that hard, nothing to be scared with. Remember that you'll always find way more nice peoples tahn haters, keep confident in humanity ^^

I think I spoke about the two bigggest problems, to my mind, who make people say that pmc is'nt as good as before. I hope this will touch a lot of people, and I also hope they'll understand what I've written because english grammar isnt the simplest on earth ^^
