So, I remember when I was new to planet minecraft I had no idea what to do, and therefore made a lot of stupid decisions. I'm making this blog to help new players learn what to do if you want people to like you, and what not to do...

- Make a few of whatever you want to become famous for making; I made skins, as they are fast and easy.
- Comment on people's posts giving constructive criticism. It's easier to make quality stuff when people give you ideas and help you improve what you already have.
- Visit the chat room every so often; sometimes there are some really lovely people in there, and if you have an urgent question people will reply quicker.
- Now it's time to properly introduce the forums! There are some really random posts out there, also if you want to hold a contest for whatever reason post it in the forums!
- Make your own work, and make sure to listen to people's constructive criticism if you recieve any.
- When you're new to skinning, use a shading tutorial to start off with, then develop your own shading style when you get a bit more confident.
- Steal others' work. It only makes people mad at you, and you could even get permanently banned.
- Tell people their work is terrible. That isn't constructive criticism, that's hurtful.
- Become one of those skinners that have been skinning for ages but still don't shade. There are lots of amazing shading tutorials out there, I reccomend checking a few of them out.
- Make terrible unoriginal blogs. e.g. skin stealing, teen skins, minecraft dating, etc.
- Flame at someone if they have stolen your work. Just report it and/or ask them nicely to take it down.
- Give away very personal information. It's fine to say 'my first name is X, and I am Y years old, and I my gender is Z.' but dont go around telling people: 'My last name is A I have a huuuuuuuuge crush on B and the town I live in is C!' The internet is like a city, there are some amazing places with really nice people, but there are also dark alleyways that you shouldn't go down.
- Lie to anybody, but especially not mods.
- Use terrible grammar, example: "omfg i luv mah bbys" or "I liek ur shadin stile, makes meh wannna yoos this" Honestly, what the heck 0.0
