Alt title: What the f have me and TheMcParrot been doing during the late nights on the Soda SMP?!

First, let me explain me and Parrot’s goal since (I think) Friday: we were going to beat the game. This began because Parrot got the coordinates for the Nether fortress and stronghold, and after he PMed it to me I got the idea to work with him to beat the game.

Saturday, January 28th, 2023 (Day 11)
So, we began our plan.

So, this paragraph/sentence from the week 2 blog was actually a lie: I logged on later that night to join Parrot and we just did some mining and sparring.

Here’s what actually happened:
I logged on again later to join Parrot, and we formed a plan for beating the game. Today, we’d get Netherite, and tomorrow, we’d beat the game. So, after Parrot finished his mob farm, I showed him something: for the last few days of week 2, I’d been journeying across his island to a village. I led Parrot to the village so we could get beds for the fight and for ancient debris mining. Once we got the beds, we went to the Nether, and after a few deaths - including one where a zombie in the portal (he had gone through earlier) pushed me off a ledge into the unforgiving sea of fire - we began mining down to y=-54, but we found bedrock once we got to y=0. So, we went to y=12 and began to use the beds to blow up the netherrack and eventually, we found ancient debris. We both got enough ancient debris for a full set of Netherite armor and a sword and pickaxe. Soon enough, we left Hell and I logged off and then logged back on to block off the mine to make it look like a normal wall, and then logged off while Parrot stayed on.

Over PMs, Parrot sent me the tutorial to an infinite XP glitch for MCPE, since he had tried to show it to me the last time we were online, but it didn’t work for Pocket users the way it did for PC users.

Sunday, January 29th, 2023 (Day 12)
After performing the infinite XP glitch, I went and (copy and paste the mining part here). Upon my return to the surface, I crafted a diamond pickaxe and axe with my newfound 7 diamonds, before doing some repairing and disenchanting with my old diamond pickaxe that I had enchanted with Efficiency I and which Parrot had given to me. I went to my smithing table and made a Netherite pickaxe and axe, and combined with my Netherite armor and sword, I had pretty good gear, but I made it even better by taking those 33.5 levels to Parrot’s enchanting table, which now had 15 bookshelves around it, and I enchanted everything, including my bow and crossbow but excluding my low-durability trident and fishing rod. After playing for a little bit, I logged off.

After I logged off, I opened Aternos.com, then went to my server settings and downloaded the world file. I opened it in Minecraft and went into spectator mode, teleporting to the nearest stronghold after doing /locate structure. I saved the coordinates of the block on the surface where, if you dug straight down from it, you would eventually land on the staircase leading into the portal room. I also visited the portal room, and found that the portal had 0 eyes of ender in it. (I'd show you screenshots, but I have to black out the coordinates and I don't have time for that right now.) I PMed Parrot a screenshot of the stronghold in spectator mode so he could see where it was, and also an image of the portal.

Monday, January 30th, 2023 (Day 13) - DRAGON DAY!!!!

Fast forwarding to now, me and Parrot went home and began preparing. We both got some better enchants on our gear, including Infinity on our bows and we traded with the Mending villager to get Mending on all our stuff. I also gave Parrot a stack of steak, and I gave some to myself, since I had a lot of steaks. Then, Parrot told me to fetch the eyes of ender from the chest above all his storage chests. I grabbed the 12 eyes. Finally, I put on my carved pumpkin, and left the basement. It was night. (Also, the anvil broke and Parrot made a new one before we finished putting Mending on everything.) So, I told Parrot we’d sleep and I’d take him to the stronghold in the morning. We went to sleep and, in the morning, I met him at his house and we headed to the stronghold. I knew the location and the way there by heart, so we didn’t need pearls. Once we got to the portal room, we set our spawn and I put 11 eyes in and he finished the job, before we took some pics, redid those pics because silverfish got in the shoot, and then, on 3, entered the End.

As soon as we got in, Parrot bridged us to the main island (we spawned on the obsidian platform) and I began to water bucket up one of the spires. While I did this, Parrot worked on, well, I don’t know what he worked on, but I took out most of the crystals, MLGed after jumping off, and we fought the dragon. However, I got hit by dragon’s breath and died. When I got back in, the dragon’s health had gone up, and I realized we still had crystals left, so I began to build up the pillar, but the explosion from the crystal knocked me off, and I couldn’t clutch in time, so I died. Parrot also died, so we went back in together and I finished taking out the crystals. Parrot died as I did this, but after he came back, I died a few minutes later. The last thing I saw was the dragon fading away. Parrot had done it. He had slayed the Ender dragon.

As soon as I went back in, I congratulated Parrot, we took more pictures, this time with Parrot holding the dragon egg, and then we fought some endermen we had looked at while taking the pictures (since we were in third person front view and couldn’t see what we were looking at). After that, we returned home. I skipped the credits, and waited for Parrot to finish watching them. I celebrated in the meantime, and we talked about building a trophy room for our trophy. That’s right, it was team effort, so we’re sharing the egg. It legally belongs to players ToxinZombie and IGEBM. Any removal of it from our possession will result in being hunted down and murdered. Parrot stored it in his ender chest while I went and covered up the hole leading to the stronghold. Good luck finding it now, guys!

From here on in, every January 30th, we will celebrate Dragon Day to celebrate the slaying of the Ender dragon and the freeing of the End.
