You start off right? and u need a base really quick well first chop down 5/10 trees then get alot of dirt find a tunnel and hide in it build a base in the cave cover all the ways in from monsters then before u know it u got a iron pickaxe and a bunch of torches :3..............................................................................................................................................................Also there is a way but its boring live in a tree and keep expanding it untill its huge like a castle :3 go in it at night and work day
