Everytime you log into PlanetMinecraft and take a look at the pop reel, you often see these monolithic projects with an unbelievable scale and shocking modelling. This is because most of the creators used world-editing programs like WorldEdit, MCEdit and WorldPainter. But is this necessarily a good thing?

Surely, using these programs to build has its perks, like sped up building and higher efficiency with larger builds, however, it does have its disadvantages. As a Pocket Edition user, although building without those programs makes the building process longer (and maybe even more tedious at times), but when the build is complete and you step back and take a look - well, the feeling of accomplishment is just overwhelming. That makes you feel good about yourself and also gives you confidence in building a larger and better project. So, I prefer to build from scratch with my bare hands.

So, I think that these programs aren't suitable for people who like the process of building, like me.
