Hey Fishes! I apologize for my absences on skins, and Trendy Thursday's Interviews. As you all know, school is coming up, and I actually had to take my sister to college yesterday.
Anyways, I'm going to talk about a topic that many people may find that they could relate to, and that is

Abusive Staff Members.
I'm talking about those amazing staff members who help other players grief bases, those who mute you for no reason, who kick you because they don't like you, or they just abuse their powers.
And it makes me mad because on the server description it states something like; "Friendliest, nicest staff who are willing to help you!" which is complete and utter bull.
LLLLIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
If you own a server, I have some tips for you. [Now, I don't own a server myself, but I've been on many with abusive staff members. Also, these are just some tipsthat you don't need to follow. Tips.]
1. Just because your friend wants to be a staff member, doesn't mean that they're the best choice. Now, if you're like best friends, then go ahead. But that can also put your server in danger. Be sure that you can trust that person.
2. Don't hire players who spam you asking for O.P, or staff. Don't just hire them to make them stop asking. Just kick them, or ban.
3. You shouldn't hire someone because they applied. What I mean is, that you should at least look through the applicants, but shouldn't just hire them because they applied. You should see the amount of time they spent on your server and consider their experience with Minecraft.
4. You should listen to the people who play on your server. More likely than never, when a large amount of players complain to you about a certain staff member, then you should listen, because you may loose players because of that staff member.
Now I know these tips may berepetitive, or you've read these somewhere before, then I apologize. But that must mean that many players want owners to be more responsible and choose their staff members more carefully. I like a server whose staff members aren't complete dicks. Just me.

I 100% agree with this blog. Also, long time since we've talked I can't believe I've only seen this like, 6 months later after it was created. Dun kill me.
