Ok, So i have known alot of people want to force a texture pack on a server right? I mean who doesnt???
Well i have a solution for you! Ok so the solution to forcing a texture pack without modding any plugin or screwing up your craftbukkit... Is..Get a texture pack changer plugin, Get a plugin where you can talkas others, And lets work here. Make the only entrance out of spawn guarded by pressure plates that are not possible to jump over... Next give the defaults permissions to use the texture pack changer, But dont let them know the command, Ok so heres where the forcing comes in, Use command blocks underneath the pressure plates at spawn that talkas the player to change the texture pack... Then whenever a new player joins they will be forced to download the texture pack.. :D
