Today I'll be interviewing AudreyRhys!

1. How did you discover PMC or Minecraft?
About two years ago I saw my brother playing a computer game and it looked really cool. He told me it was called Minecraft and he let me try it out. I found it very entertaining and I got addicted to it. I started playing during the summer so I literally would stay up until 8 in the morning playing it and sleep all day. One day my brother wanted a new skin and I eventually came across PMC and it took us a while to figure out how to change his skin but we finally did and it was a non-shaded panda hoodie teen skin....lol.... So I eventually got my own Minecraft account and needed to find myself a skin. I thought "wouldn't it be cool if I could create my own skin?" so I started looking up skin making websites and I came across skindex. My first skin was horrible. It was unshaded and had greenish hair and it wasn't colored under the arms or legs and I just had no idea how to make a descent looking skin. Apparently I thought I was good at making them so I descided that I wanted to post them somewhere for other people to use. I started posting them on Skindex then eventually came across PMC again where I made an account and started posting skins on here. My original account was AudreyRhys but I forgot my username and password so about half a year later I made a new account (AFKpalmtree) which I got a staff member to change back to AudreyRhys.
2. What inspired you to make your name "AudreyRhys"
This answer to this is very simple. It is simply my first and last name. XD So original right? I guess I was too lazy to come up with something cool. I'm sure that most people pronounce it wrong. People say "rise or rice" butit is actually pronounced "reece".
3. Why did did you start making skins for both yourself, and other people?
Well I usually don't wear my own skins... But I find that since I've been improving, I've been wearing my skins more often. I guess I make skins for other people because... well... I enjoy making them and I like reading feedback and and seeing how many downloads I can get on a skin. It's just cool to see people use and like something that I made and put my time into.
4. How often do you upload skins?
I upload skins when I have something to upload which is I guess often because I get inspired to make skins a lot. I use to post about 2 to 4 skins a day which is waaaay too many at once so I'm trying to space out my posts more.
5. Who has been your biggest inspiration so far?
Well I have been inspired by alot of skinners. I guess two of my main inspirations are Kacers and Oblivion_Gamer because when I see how amazing their skins are it gets me motivated and makes me want to make amazing skins too. XD Their skins are so unique and their color choices bring joy to mah eyes. ;u;
6. What are your two favorite colors to skin with?
I find myself using blues and pinks a lot... Idk they are just fun colors I guess lol
7. Do you like making Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall skins?
Hmm that's a hard one... I guess it dependson the current season. Like if it's winter... I'll feel like making snowy looking skins and if it's spring... I'll feel like making flowery skins.
8. If you could describe yourself in two words, what would they be?
Lol ummmm weird and crazy. You may not be able to tell over the internet but I can promise you I am the weirdest person I know irl... Like I'm always doing crazy things in public that makes people give me judgmental looks and I have these moments where I randomely start laughing for no reason and it's uncontrollable and it gets to the point where I'm falling on the ground with tears coming out of my eyes. I also have a messed up sense of humor. For example, instead of crying during a sad movie I'll just sit there and laugh and point out things that don't matter. Also I am the meanest nice person you'll ever meet. If you are my friend I will do nothing but call you names and yell and curse at you. If you are my good friend... you will understand my sarcasm and do the same thing back to me.
9. What do you think is your favorite/most successful skin?
Maybe my persona? I just really like the colors and design.
10. When did you first start both traditional and digital art?
Well I have been drawing since I could pick up a pencil... I was always 'the artist' at school and I was kind of known for being able to draw. Even though I don't think I'm that good, other people tend to enjoy my art. I started digital art when I was about 12 (now I'm 15) then I stopped for a while and lost my skills so now I'm trying to learn again. x)
11. What is your favorite video game character?
I don't really play video games but I guess link and mario are cool .... x3
12. What is your favorite color to do digital art with?
I guess the same colors that I use a lot for skins... pinks and blues. Those colors are just kind of appealing to me.
