http://wiki.mc-ess.net/wiki/Command_Reference/Perm
and choose premissions to commands you want.

Plugins -> GroupManger -> worlds -> world -> groups(.yml)
and paste the premissions in default like it:

/afk = essentials.afk
- essentials.afk

Not forgot go to others premissions plugins and paste them.
