First: You need to obtain the Command Block by typing this in the chat "/give @s command_block" and it should pop into your inventory or hot bar.

Second: Place the command block any where you want then change the command block to repeating and always active then type in the command "/kill @e[​type=MOB NAME] and there you go! I personally chose Wither and the Ender Dragon.
