Im gonna give you MY strategys to create a successful server.

1. Put Money Into It:

Sometimes you have to put money into a server you want popular, pay for advertising. This makes you a good owner. No one wants a cheap server. And trust me, if you want people on daily and 50 players at a time. You should pay for advertisements or anything else that will help your server advance. 

2. Get everything ready for public

This is the big part, when you first start your server, look for a builder team. Put the server in BETA mode and get everything ready for public, this way you wont have anyone complaining "This doesnt work! OMG OMG OMG OMG"

3. Create an attractive server!

Players will certainly not stay on your server daily if it is not attractive. You should make appealing builds, or even make it more attractive with plugins :D

4. Be Legit!

Dont download a spawn because its easy! Make sure you build your own spawn and have everything legit, and not copied! You dont want players on YOUR server spamming "Wow, I saw this spawn somewhere else. So not legit, Leaves Game"

5. Hire good staff members!

You always want to hire good staff that you know. Make sure you dont hire anyone if they seem suspicious, get to know them until you let them become a staff member.

6. Install Good Plugins

You also can install good plugins! Dont make your server has nonsense plugins. Make your server have necassary plugins.

7. Get a Host

Hosts are always good, and they offer things like Custom Domains and a certain amount of RAM. Hosts are very professional and most servers are hosted, but it costs money. Find a good host with a reliable system!

8. Do you job as owner!

Be on daily, help players. Do your job!

9. Dont abuse

Your players built your server if you think about it! Be nice to them, help them. Dont be a jerk!

10. Dont trust suspicious people!

Lier: Hello Im from PlanetMinecraft

You: Oh cool! Let me op you!

*Lier ruins your server....

You: I should not have opped him!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Dont do that!

11. advertise daily:

Make sure you advertise on Planet Minecraft daily in the servers section!

12. Dont hire to many staff
 
Unless your server gets very popular, dont hire over 10 staff members!

13. Make sure everyone is treated fairly

I see favoritism! Make sure you dont choose favorite players! It is not treating everyone fairly!!


14.  Enforce your rules!


If someone breaks your rules give them a consequence! Dont give them 20 chances!

15. Have a unique server!:

Dont copy off other servers! Make your server a unique minecraft server!
