Now, the question that many people ask is how am I suppose to create a good PMC submission?
My friends, there are a couple simple solutions to your problems.
THE WORK
1.) Create 100% original Work made by you and no one else.
-If you must, get ideas from other people but 100% originality is more likely to be better.
2.) Take your time on whatever you want to do.
-Granted somethings take longer than others (Skins take less time than Texture Packs), but still take your time.
-Think about what you want to submit DO NOT just slab something together just to get a couple more views.
3.) Detail a lot.
-The more you take your time and think about every little thing that could be wrong with your project the more
likely that you are to get more recognition.
-Also put more detailing in buildings and what not make it less... well "Minecrafty" For example use stairs and
different building materials in order to make it look better. (again take your time)
POSTING YOUR PROJECT
1.) Advertising is KEY.
-You don't want to post a crappy picture of your work (Excluding Skins and Texture packs.)
-Use Shaders and Photoshop to depict your picture in the best way possible. (Not to deceive people, just use an appropriate amount.)
2.) Post a format for your file that most every one will be able to use, open, upload, etc.
-Dont use file formats that not everyone uses.
-Not everyone has .rar so use zip files or something more convenient if you must.
-Consider different operating systems. Although you have Windows someone else might have Mac.
3.) Put a honest description and good picture and you'll be fine. (The more you put the more people will appreciate it. (Don't Overkill anything.)
