Alright, now that we've gotten to Slice the Pie, I'll explain how this works (or you can read the website FAQ).
Basically, the website is owned by a radio station called Soundout Radio, who also happen to own a website for aspiring artists to submit their material to be reviewed.

All you have to do is listen for 90 seconds, and give a rating from 1-10. I'd recommend typing more things, and using extremely descriptive words, as they'll garner you a bigger paycheck.
