First go to home menu and click run.
Type in%appdata% and hit enter.
Click on .minecraft
Click on versions
Then click on your version folder (my version is 1.6.2 so I will click on that folder)
Open your .jar folder with winrar or winzip
Click on assets then minecraft then textures then entity
Scroll down you should see a steve.png
Delete that and whatever skin your putting there rename it to steve.png
And paste in that folder
And thats it happy mining.=)
MAKE SURE MINECRAFT ISNT RUNNING
