Hi this is a tutorial about how to lose a bit of fall damage from height limit.

All you need is to build a tower up to height limit with a boat in your inventory.

First place the boat on top of the tower you built and then get in it.

Next press the forward key (w) while you are in the boat and you should start to fall of the edge.

Finally when you have reached near to the bottom quickly exit the boat by right clicking once you should only lose about 3 hearts and you will not die this may take practice so firstdo this on a world with cheats enabled so you can swap between creative and survival.
