Hello everyone,I know alot of people are having trouble with making a bukkit server,once you understand it,it's easy.

Requirments:
Router
Internet access (derp)

Step 1:
Make a folder and name it something like "Server"
Step 2:
Go to this link http://wiki.bukkit.org/Setting_up_a_server It explains it there BUT I will explain it.
Step 3:
Go to "Download latest recommended build"
Step 4:
You should get this jar file just drag that bad boy over into that folder you created in step 1
Step 5:
Open a text editing program like notepad,notepad++,OR wordpad
Step 6:
There are 2 codes,one of them is for a 32 bit computer and another one is for a 64 bit computer,copy and paste the code you need into the program.
Step 7:
Now you are almost done with the server (not port fowarding) just go to file and click "save" then go to the end and replace .txt to .bat
Step 8:
Now you are done with the server you just double-click that .bat file you created and wait for it to start up.Open Minecraft and go to multiplayer and click Direct Connect now type "localhost" NO "" then go to the .bat file and type "op (your name)" WITHOUT ""

PORT-FOWARDING
Step 1:
go to start menu and type "command prompt" NO "" then open that bad boy up and type ipconfig you should see something called Default gateway type whatever is next to that into your internet browser.You should also see something called IPV4 address you'll use that later on in this tutorial.
Step 2:
Yes,it says username and password,the username for most routers is Admin and the password is password if that doesnt work then look at the back of your router,it will tell you.
Step 3:
Go to portfoward/port triggering and here are the setting you should use

Service name:(ANYTHING)
Protocal:TCP/UDP
Starting port:25565
Ending port:25565
Server IP address:(IPV4 address)

Step 4:
Now go to this website www.ipchicken.com/ it will show you your external IP address in BLUE this is the IP that you will give to your friends so they can join your server.

ADDING PLUGINS (THIS IS NOT NEEDED BUT IS VERY ESSENTIAL IF YOU ARE MAKING A PUBLIC SERVER)
Step 1:go to http://plugins.bukkit.org
Step 2:Find a plugin you wish to have
Step 3:Download it and drag that bad boy into the plugin folder.Your plugin folder is inside your server folder.
