This is a relatively easy thing, I have done this many times. First you must download this: dl.bukkit.org/downloads/craftbukkit/get/01149_1.2.5-R4.0/craftbukkit.jar. Click on "Download CraftBukkit 1.1-R3 here". Then on your desktop make a folder called "Server" or something like that but I recommend something you're going to remember is your server. Once it has downloaded drag the craftbukkit snapshot into the folder. Then in that folder create a notepad document and open it and type this:

@ECHO OFF
SET BINDIR=%~dp0
CD /D "%BINDIR%" "%ProgramFiles%Javajre6binjava.exe" -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar
PAUSE

Save this file as start.bat or run.bat!
