Here are a list of things I think should be on A Non-Op prison server.
No Kits: If you have kits then it will be easier on the people. If you really want to give off the non-op vibe, do not add kits.
Woodmine: You should add a wood mine so people can make their own tools.
Rank A: Rank A should have nothing but dirt. Yes dirt xD. With glass is the mix to annoy the people. It makes it harder.
Rank B: Now you should add gravel and glass. After A and B then start adding stone and ores.
Death Bans: If you want it to be hardcore than make it where you get temp-banned when you die.
Guards: If a guard catches you with a sword, temp ban, if you try to fight one, temp ban, being jailed is just to easy.
Prestige: When u prestige you lose all of ur stuff. All of it, but you can get a boost when u prestige.
